Our Jaws Charity Event Screening proved to be a fantastic success, bringing the community together for a great cause. Thanks to the incredible support of everyone who attended, we are delighted to share we raised £170 for the Fisherman’s Mission. The Fisherman’s Mission is a charity that solely supports our UK fishing communities. They provide care for active and former fishermen, sea-going staff working in the UK aquaculture industry, and migrant fishermen working on UK vessels. Their team also delivers a 24-hour emergency response service to any fishing vessel in UK waters, offering vital assistance in times of injury, tragedy, or loss at sea.

 

We also raised £1,603.71 for Peterhead’s Foodbank, Peterhead’s Foodbank plays a crucial role in the community, providing essential food supplies to families who are struggling to make ends meet. Their work ensures that no one in our community is left without support during difficult times.
